Neely Reynolds recently participated in a national songwriters workshop sponsored by the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) in Nashville, Tennessee.
Neely will coordinate the NSAI's regional workshop in Fort Worth. Neely who attended the national workshop March 28-April 1, 2006 in Nashville, is among the over 160 volunteer coordinators selected by NSAI to direct approximately 100 regional songwriting workshops located in 39 states, Canada, England, Ireland and New Zealand.
During the workshop Neely, received instruction on how to establish and direct a local songwriting workshop more effectively.
The Fort Worth workshop meets the 1st Tuesday of the month, UNT Health Science Center at Fort Worth, Lewis Library, 3-110 (mini-auditorium), 3500 Camp Bowie Blvd. from 7pm til 9pm. and provides local songwriters with the opportunity to improve their skills, learn more about the music industry, evaluate songs, and network with one another on a regular basis.
